I built my expertise over 20 years and became a passionate and inspirational expert in Brand and Communications Strategy.

  • I’ve held roles at global branding, advertising, and communications agencies in Europe and North America, including Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, The Publicis Group, TBWA, Integer, and Motive Project Worldwide.

  • I’ve worked for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 brands, like IBM, American Express, PepsiCo, Starbucks, Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson Vision, Cerruti, Sephora, at the local, regional, and global levels.

I have also been on a lifelong spiritual journey which led me to become a transpersonal coach.

  • I’ve extensively studied yoga, conscious movement practices, and shamanism, while exploring Jungian psychotherapies and spiritual traditions of the American Southwest.

  • I’ve created “Emotional Movement”, a body-centered practice I’ve developed over 20 years that uses the intelligence of the body and movement, to help people process difficult emotions. In my  “Emotional Movement” programs , I facilitate individual as well as group sessions.

It’s time for me to connect my “communication” path and my “spiritual” path, and utilize my expertise in alignment with my values and purpose:

I am like a Swiss army knife. I can solve a wide variety of brand and communications challenges. Here is a glimpse of my skills in action:

BUSINESS GROWTH, CLIENT ACQUISITION:

  • Helped generate $700K TO $3M+ of yearly revenue in new businesses in each agency I worked for.

  • Diversified the clients portfolio of the Integer Paris office by helping to acquire Michelin Truck & Bus, Absolut Vodka and Schneider Electric as new clients.

  • Brought global expertise to Integer Denver and won the global retail businesses of Starbucks and Johnson & Johnson Vision (Acuvue).

  • Helped win three new clients—Quaker, Chewy, Rice a Ronifor the Motive agency, in just one year.

NEW STRATEGIC CAPABILITIES, NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:

  • Created and led the Insights and Strategy Department of Integer Paris. Recruited and managed junior strategists. Cultivated strong relationships between the Paris and Denver offices.

  • Built the shopper marketing expertise and strategic capabilities of Motive. Developed the agency positioning and strategic offering in shopper marketing.

  • Participated in multiple products innovations in the food industry, especially for Nestlé.

INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS:

  • Guided the comms strategy and comms planning for integrated campaigns across PR, advertising, digital, social, content, influencers, partnerships, retail and experiential for PepsiCo in the US and Canada. For example, I led the strategy to launch Cheetos Buffalo at the Super Bowl. 2024.

  • Coordinated and launched advertising campaigns for IBM and American Express in four Europeans markets. 

  • Organized photo shoots and TV spots for Cerruti and Nestlé.

  • Created and developed the Consumer and Design Trends offer for the design agency Carré Noir Paris (Publicis Group).

360 ACTIVATION, RETAIL AND SHOPPER MARKETING:

  • Led the shopper marketing strategy on all accounts at the Motive agency, guiding breakthrough retailers activations for Pepsi, Cheetos, Doritos, Rockstar, Mountain Dew, Gatorade and bubly in the mass, grocery and convenience channels. For example, I launched pepsi nitro at Walmart.

  • Guided the US and Global shopper marketing strategy of Johnson & Johnson Vision (Acuvue).

BRAND POSITIONING, BRANDING:

  • Was selected to work on the repositioning of Seattle’s Best Coffee (Starbucks).

  • Conducted design audits and provided recommendations in brand architecture, graphic identity, packaging and retail for French brands like Nuxe, Le Bon Marché, Nestlé, Nescafé and Laurent-Perrier champagne

  • Helped create the design concept of the Sephora flagship store in Paris.

AUDIENCE ANALYSIS, SEGMENTATION, INSIGHTS, ANALYTICS:

  • Can process a large amount of quantitative data and qualitative intel in order to define consumer/shopper profiles, craft powerful insights, develop compelling stories, and create targeted messaging across the consumer journey.

  • Retain full mastery of MRI-Simmons secondary quantitative research, aptly manipulating syndicated data. 

  • Created the shopper and consumer profiling framework at Motive, combining secondary quantitative and qualitative research.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP, GROUP FACILITATION:

  • As a marketing professional, I lead a wide variety of projects and facilitate workshops with diverse audiences (C-suite, leadership, cross-functional teams).

  • I conduct individual and group sessions in “Emotional Movement”, a body-centered practice that uses the intelligence of the body and organic movements to help people process difficult emotions.

  • As an adventure tour guide, I interacted with large groups of customers while driving on challenging off-road trails. I consistently received high ratings on customer-feedback surveys, reflecting my dedication to offering memorable experiences and delivering engaging, informative narratives throughout each tour. 

  • I have taught yoga workshops and weekly classes for more than ten years in Paris, Denver, Sedona and Tucson. I co-led a Yoga and Movement retreat with 40 participants in Mar de Jade, Mexico.
